Evidence.

Every figure carries its source, its window and whether it was measured or modelled.

Measured

Public registries, published availability, traffic counts, grid and planning records. Each observation keeps its source and time.

Modelled

Demand, catchments and peaks. Labelled as modelled, shown with a range.

Limits

Refresh lag, coverage gaps and blind spots are published per market. Thin evidence returns “more evidence needed”.

Replayable

Every run is stored with its inputs, tool calls, sources and model version. A decision from three months ago can be re-run.

Governed

Scoped credentials, per-tool permissions and an audit trail of every call.

Independence

TERN owns no assets and has no stake in the answer.
